"Comfortable, well maintained property. It's a great place to decompress with a peaceful location toward the end of the road. There is a nice small community beach to wander and take in the sea, Mt Baker, and comb for shells, etc. Wifi was strong. Check in and check out were easy. One word of caution is that the place could become unreachable or nearly so if there is significant snow or ice in winter."

"We had a wonderful stay. We had our family and dog and found the home to be perfect for our group. The kitchen was large and allowed for our friends to join us and cook together for the holidays. The beds were comfortable and the living room area was large and comfortable for a group gathering. The location was spectacular with beautiful views. The full moon on the bay was gorgeous. "Although by no means 'fancy' digs, the house and its furnishings were perfectly comfortable and ideal for our group of six. It was a 5-8 min walk to the center of town, so convenient to all activities. We didn't do any cooking so can't speak to the adequacy of the kitchen furnishings, but you do need to provide your own coffee. Simple, reasonably priced accommodations in a beautiful location."

In addition to the Island activities, the kids went kayaking every day, dug for clams, played the board games in the house, watched movies, and enjoyed the view. The boots available to dig for clams were a very nice touch for the amenities. "Quaint, quiet, secluded, and peaceful... The perfect place to unplug and enjoy the relaxed pace of "island time". Soaking in the private hot tub under the stars is absolutely amazing! We always travel with our dog, Penny. It's often difficult to find places that accept pets; so, this cabin is a true gem! Lorry is a great host who truly wants you to enjoy your stay.
