“The staff made my stay comfortable and went beyond to see that I had what I needed. I arrived during the first winter snow and was given a room on the bottom floor right near the entrance door so carrying my luggage wasn't such a chore. The rooms are large and well maintained. Both the morning and evening staff were friendly and accomodating. When the washer failed to spin my clothes, Elizabeth dried them for me and brought them to my room all folded! I am planning to relocate to Sandpoint and……

“The room was nice. Wished the couch was a hideabed in the mini-suite. The beds were comfy and the pool/hot tub area was lovely.”

“Needed window coverings in bathroom. Room very clean, a fresh remodel. Older hotel that is being remodeled. Right on highway with car and train noise, but sound machine provided in room. Outside a bit sketchy, hanging wires, lumber. Room was on second floor. Appears that first floor rooms may have permanent tenants. ”
