“My favorite spot in Sandpoint!”

“Room was clean. Parking was close with easy access. Pool was unusable during my stay. Staff was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.”

“The other reviews are spot on about the rooms--wow! They are updated, clean and have a super cute vibe! The owners are really great and one is from my hometown (which was a fun fact). The only criticism that I have, is that the rooms are on the noisy side being on a busy road. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine. (They do provide earplugs which is nice for people like me who don't like the noise from the road and ac units.) That said, I would stay here again for sure!”

“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort……

“Helped the handicapped person and staff was very friendly”

“We booked this location for the swimming pool. And take a break from a 9hr dive. The one hot tub was closed. The floor Deck of the pool was moldy. The grout was green mold Growing. The floor drain must be plugged a water just sat there. I got my daughter out and showered her. I’m our room the shower head sprayed different directions and got the floor wet. Which the towel on the floor became dirty real fast from the floor not being clean. Opened the window and eww dead bird right there. Tried to……

“Check in was smooth. Staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, the rest of the hotel was clean, even the stairwells which often seem to be neglected in other places I’ve stayed. The provided breakfast rates at the top for variety and quality. I have to mention that the attendant at breakfast went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a positive experience!”

“Lovely large room with view of the ski runs. Fluffy towels and comfortable bed made our stay great. Staff were friendly. Sandpoint is a 15 minute drive down a snaking road with tight switchbacks. However, there were nice restaurants associated with the resort.”
