"I had a fairly good stay at Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. The location is very convenient for travelers, with easy access to the terminal and good transport links. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant overnight stop before my flight. One point I would like to mention is that I was allocated an accessible room, even though I had not reserved one. While the room was spacious and well-equipped, it wasn’t what I had originally booked. It didn’t affect my stay too much, but I think it’s important for the hotel to ensure guests receive the room type they reserve. Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the service and convenience offered."
