“The property is in need of renovations - and some are happening! That is wonderful! What isn't wonderful is booking a room at a hotel where work is being done when the fact that work is being done is not advertised! Beware, if you book a room there, they may be hanging drywall to the wall right behind your headboard while you're trying to get some rest!”

“My stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton Washington Court House was disappointing in several ways. After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel needing to use the restroom immediately. I asked the front desk where the guest bathroom was, but was told there was no public restroom available because it was under construction. “Nice bedroom 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom place to stay. The check in/out process was super easy and they were extremely communicative, accomodating, and flexible. Also loved all the ducks that they decorated the inside and outside of the property with. ”

“Similar to a landlord special of quick patch work and fresh paint, as though the owner did just enough to make it look presentable without giving the home any sense of comfort. The house wasn't necessarily dirty but it definitely hadn't been thoroughly cleaned recently, with a thin layer of dust on the surfaces and spider webs in the corners. The kitchen was missing a few things like a coffee maker and a toaster. The bedrooms had no furniture such as vanities, dressers, etc. Us guys didn't mind……

“Saw staff only once when checking in, very poor service. Limited pool hours, exercise room stayed locked, no room cleaning during stay offered. Continental breakfast was Saran-wrapped breads.”
