"Positiv: - riesiger Pool - großer Außenbereich - Kunstrasen im Außenbereich gut um zu liegen und um Spiele zu spielen (Badminton und Fussball mit Kindern) - Ausstattung an Küchengeräten - Klimaanlage im Dachgeschoss - durch das freie Feld hinter dem Haus, immer auch ein bisschen Wind - nach bemängeln das es keinen Schirm am Pool gab, wurde uns ein Schirm nach kurzer Zeit angeliefert Negativ: - Schlafzimmer ganz unten nicht bewohnbar wegen Schimmel hinter dem Schrank - Belüftung im Erdgeschoss schwierig - Keine Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Stock nur im Wohnzimmer - Einige Stolperfallen im Außenbereich (Stufe in Höhe von ca. 5 cm auf dem Weg zur Terrasse, sollte zumindest gut gekennzeichnet werden um sich die Zehen nicht abzuhauen - die Liegen und Stühle sind nicht im besten Zustand und auch nicht die auf den Bildern dargestellten"

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, Meer in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar oder in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Parken dort sogar kostenlos möglich (je nach Strand) fažana ist ein netter Ort, immer was los und auch da kann man an der Promenade hinlaufen(ca. 30 Minuten). Alles tip top..
