“Gorgeous little B&B run by the lovely Les. Everywhere was spotless and welcoming. Our room was spacious, comfy, very pretty and had everything we could need for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Felt like by the end of our stay that Les had become a friend and a confidante 😉 Definitely planning a return trip…”

External of property very run down and in need of refurbishment ie windows rotten, walls cracked, gutters blocked, in need of repaint etc. Internal was not maintained windows of course as external (rotten) several would not open others would not close, imitation roof beams in breakfast room where just pine screwed to ceiling obviously because the screw holes hadnt been filled also gap between ceiling and beams, what a……
