「We had a few days here whilst we explored Guernsey. Ours was an upper garden room so we were at the top of the site with a bit of a slope down to the main hotel for breakfast. This wasn't a problem as we did get a message beforehand to warn us and give us the opportunity to change our booking if needed. The other downside to our room was that it faced onto the main road that runs past the hotel. Traffic noise was quite noticeable during the day but thankfully reasonably quiet at night. ...

「Be aware that although the hotel is walking distance to the bus terminal, it is on a hill, so you need to be reasonably fit if walking up and down. The hotel is close to the harbour and castle. The island bus service is very good for getting around the island and sight seeing. Staff are very helpful and friendly.」

「Very good place to stay as a base for St Peter Port & Guernsey. Very central yet quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful: lovely people! Restaurant meals, especially the breakfasts, were great and reasonably priced. Our room was difficult to keep cool during the recent heat wave but staff responded very quickly to our comments. 「A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!」
