"We booked here for the weekend to attend a cheer competition with some other cheer families. Several families had extremely dirty rooms….one even requested a refund and went somewhere else. Our room was luckily clean which was the only decent part of our stay. I purposely chose this place because of the sauna and was looking forward to it all week. Upon arrival, I was told the sauna was broken and they had no clue when it would be fixed. I had booked a suite and it was right across the elevator. The walls are so thin they might as well be plastic. I heard people coming and going 24/7. The people in the room next to me sounded like a bunch of elephants doing aerobics. Kids yelling and screaming up and down the halls when it’s supposed to be “quiet time”. It’s not enforced at all. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep the whole weekend. Ice machine on our floor was also broken. When I went to check out I wasn’t even asked how my stay was. The girl at the front desk just said I was all set and walked away. Extremely disappointed."

"The beds were terrible - the room smelled of smoke, the pillows were terrible and overall the room was dirty. Looked as if someone did a quick wipe and emptied the trash. I wouldn't even take my sicks off. "

"Do not book this hotel. It is very unsafe, especially for children. Very dirty, smells of smoke, and questionable activity throughout the property. Should not be an establishment! "
