We went on a pretty warm day(mid summer)the downstairs was a little warm but the rooms upstairs had a.c. units which helped. House was very close to wineries and a cute a little town. “The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place.……

“Awesome clean and well stocked place to stay when visiting Erie, only downside is that it seems the place is right on the line between a rough neighborhood and nice area. “The "apartment" is really the top two floors of a split-level home. Very large, clean rooms. The updated kitchen has more than I needed to prepare meals before heading out on the wine trail which is right outside your door. The house is surrounded by vineyards and is very peaceful. Xinni was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.”

“Very nice place. Central to lots in Erie... 10 minutes everywhere. Right next to Sarah Reed retirement home which was a great convenience to our one friend visiting her mom and close to whippy dip ice cream. For being upstairs to other renters it was a very sound proof and quiet place. Shower is fantastic and good beds, sheets and towels. Suggest some hooks or bars for hanging towels or bathroom bags. It was extremely hot during our visit but the ac in the bedrooms and living room……

“This is a charming old building just a couple blocks from a wonderful coffee place and other downtown shops, and walkable to lovely parts of Warren (like walking along the river). I had my dog along and we had a blast! Christie’s restaurant across the street has great food. The upstairs neighbor Annette is super kind and generous. I met the owner and he is warm and welcoming.
