「House was perfect for a group of 30-year-olds. Lots to do and loved the access to kayaks. Fire pit was ready to go so all we had to do was light it - a nice gesture on the part of the owner. Queen bed was very comfortable. 」

「There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. 」

「Very nice spacious house, it was perfect for us for a weekend family stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. However would recommend a new microwave, it took a very long time to heat food, also need shower curtain liner. Good communication with owner and answered all questions. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! 」

「Absolutely loved our stay. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The little things mean a lot to us, like having a space for glasses and meds on each side of the bed, space in the bathroom for your toiletries, body wash and shampoo provided, well stocked kitchen, a large table to have a family dinner and game night. Playing "Clue" was a favorite of the kids. Mine was watching the sunset and stars at night out the huge windows overlooking the lake. 」

「Great property. Terrific communication with host. We really appreciated Julie’s flexibility as we had to change our dates a few times. Property was very clean, nicely decorated, and view is lake stunning. A great cozy getaway cottage. Highly recommend!」

「Great views, lovely house.Great sunsets」

「I waited until 30 minutes after check in to get the entry combination. No response from home owner. Called VRBO and kept getting disconnected. When finally talked to someone it took 30 minutes to find out the owner decided to pull the house from the rebtal claiming VRBO did not pay him. We had to book two hotel rooms foe the two adult couples at 3 times the cost due to last minute rates. It was 40 miles away. What a disappointment. I got a refund but was stranded without many options.」

「The property was amazing and beautiful! It was spotless and was very spacious. Janelle was extremely helpful and very responsive through the whole stay. It was a perfect place!」

「Sunset Cabin in Westfield NY has become an annual retreat for we three friends from central Pennsylvania. Not only is the cabin well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable, but the natural setting - under the trees and near the lake – creates a relaxing atmosphere for beachcombing or just sitting near the shore with a drink of your choice. The beach glass was harder to come by this year, but the amazing sunsets of every color made up for that in spades! We had a wonderful escape from that...

「The place is lovely, as are the hosts. The space is immaculate, and nicely appointed. The hosts have stocked it with 85% of the “stuff to bring just in case” - blankets, pillows, anything cooking- and coffee-related, even a couple of bikes. It’s not on the water, but is very centrally located. You can walk to “downtown” Bemus in 7-8 minutes (or drive in one), where there are a number of excellent restaurants and shops. I would mention any negatives, but I really can’t think of any. Great place....

「Perfect location close to lake with wonderful views from shady decks upstairs and down. Excellent communication with host and easy check-in. Very comfortable beds and couches with well stocked, high quality kitchen equipment. Lots of things to do in the area but we were completely happy to enjoy the beach and house. The night sky view of stars was amazing.」

「Needed a place to sleep with kitchen for 4 people for 2 nights. Nothing fancy but it served our needs」
