"The shower was difficult to figure out. Too many handles to fix the water temperature and flow. We were given a voucher for free breakfast. the breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious. Great view and spacious room. Great stay!"

"The service was top tier. From the time we arrived, we were met at our uber with friendly, helpful service. Check in was seamless, topped off with fruit infused water to cool off. Our room was ready early and upon entering, the room smelled heavenly and clean! We then had lunch by the pool and was served by Don, who was funny, attentive, accommodating, informative and the ultimate gentleman! The food was fantastic, we especially enjoyed the fish tacos and chicken and rice bowl, topped off with yummy drinks! Our entire stay did not disappoint! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there if I ever return to Miami!"

"At check in the front desk gentleman David gave me an upgrade where I had access to the club room. Although one of the elevators was down and the phone system wasn’t working I was still very happy with my stay. "
