「Don’t go when the sargassum’s there … the whole point of a resort with a private beach is to use it couldn’t even get close to it, it smelt so bad. And I wasn’t impressed with the rooms beds were hard, blankets were so uncomfortable, the fan didn’t work, the tv on had about 10 channels, AND THEY CHARGED ME $600 to park my car there for the week after paying a ridiculous amount for the room …. Parking should be free RIDICULOUS」

「Check-in was quick and easy, loved the wristbands as the room keys! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a huge bathroom (Junior Spa Suite). Beach was on the smaller side, but adequate, pool was also small. Staff were friendly and helpful!」
