"The house is terrific, different hang out spaces, a dedicated office space and strong Wi Fi. Outside fire ring and chairs with wood provided. The primary suite is on main and is really large… the beds are very comfortable. A cedar lined primary closet and a lovely claw foot tub. Good kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. We loved staying here and will be back."

"This little housse is like a very good cabin. 2 private bedrooms with one shared bath. Very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a good stay. New appliances and heating system, back deck has wonderful private view of the woods. Very quiet and restful, yet right in the middle of Staunton. All amenities were minutes from the house. Very clean and had a very interesting history to the house. Yet great modern renovation. Would definitely visit again. The host even left wine for us...

"What an amazing place for our family to spend Spring Break! This property is beautiful. We were in the pool every day, made s'mores every night, and did plenty of hiking. The lake was the perfect size to teach my daughters how to kayak. We also did lots of pedalboating. An unexpected surprise was watching an otter (the kids named it Ollie) play in the lake and on the docks whenever it got sunny! "We traveled here with 6 adults and 3 children and had a wonderful time! The cottage is in a beautiful location and close enough to get to stores and restaurants. It’s incredibly clean, well-appointed and perfect for big groups. The owners are very friendly. We enjoyed exploring outside and playing games with the kids. There are also lots of hiking options nearby. We were there for a wedding but we would definitely come back!"

"The Valley Extended Suites is a clean, modern hotel that provides good value. Whether for a few days or just overnight, it has what is needed for an enjoyable stay. The only issue we had was with the thermostat on the HVAC system. While the system worked adequately, we had to turn the desired temperature way down (62 degrees) before the room was comfortable enough to sleep. Once we figured that out, it worked fine, but when we set it at the temp we wanted (68/69 degrees), the room was still...
