“I had a good experience and they have nice rooms.”

“I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,……

“Five minute walk to the beach. Multiple cuisines within the same 5 minutes walking distance. Very nice rooms. Wish they had a microwave, but the small fridge was very cold. Rain style shower head was a bit of a luxury I wasn’t expecting. Bravo! I must check out the pool next time. ”

“Hotel was in a great location to Salt Mills, restaurants and the beach. ”

“let's start with the amazing staff from the cooks, servers, house keepers Gladys, employees on the beach. The cook Ironelys made us feel right at home apart from preparing delicious menu. Petrona, Abigal, Ms.Kay, Irene at the beach restaurant and cook Alex were attentive, and made us feel at home. Employees at the beach were very helpful. Nathanial was amazing and very polite. They made our first trip to West Bay Club unforgettable we are booking our trip again at West Bay Club.”

“I celebrated my 32nd birthday at the Rockhouse resort and it was amazing. Everything about the rockhouse feels intentional, it's not just a resort, it is an experience. Definitely worth it and would recommend to others! The only issue we had was the dining options at night. We really wanted lobster pizza, however it was not in season (obviously, not their fault). However, we felt that the restaurant on site had limited options.”

“This was our second visit to Royal West Indies. We absolutely LOVE staying here! Sherman is always so helpful and friendly, and he even remembered us from 2 years ago! We LOVE happy hour every evening, and Jay was a fantastic bartender! There is no question, we will be going back soon!”
