“The property is on renovation and there is no blacket only bed sheet. I have to ask the room service lady the next day to give us blankets. Parking is very limited also. The only good thing about the property is that the room is clean.”

“Room pictures made it look a little nicer than it was. Still a decent hotel. Old structure that they updated with newer furniture and a poorly done paint job. Walls are very thin so you hear everyone around you.
We had several ants in our room and it wasn’t even summer yet. We were only there 2 nights so I didn’t make a thing of it. Also the chain lock on the door was very flimsy and should be replaced.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. In a nice location with a lot of food options……

“The property is amazing. Love the decor!! Pink is my favorite color so that’s a Huge plus!!! I had the 2 room suite. It was amazing!! Location is perfect. It’s right on the beach. I visited off season. I will definitely visit again during the main season!! THE DOWNFALL WAS THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING!! I was on the 4th floor so I got my exercise. It was no fun carrying bags up and down those stairs!!!!!”

“Had a number of issues when checking in, the keypad doors never seemed to work over the few days, and wonderfully there was no one at the front desk that could help. Most of the time it was locked, and you have to text or call a random number? Room service spent less than a minute in the room to pull out the main trash while dropping 3 bath towels and a garbage bag (while removing all the wet hand towels, bath mats, wash clothes, 3+ bath towels). It was awesome to have to try to hunt them down……
