“The room was a good size and spacoius, large bed with good facilities, the only thing that let it down was the smell from the drains, but that could be to do with the hot weather we’ve had recently.”

“The room was well equipped and spacious. The bed was very comfy and our room had a very deep bath which was great. Breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of options.”

“服務態度欠佳，對客人要求愛理不理。 早餐多士嚴重燒焦。 房間除床品交清潔之外，地氈骯髒，厠紙放在地上的廁所刷旁，沒有任何包裝 ，非常 嘔心 反感。房間門的鎖一推便輕易打開 ，根本沒有保安功能。我們的房間也是逃生出口，除了逃生出口的窗之外（逃生出口是連接地面的出口 任何人都可出入），根本冇窗， 因此整晚要開着這個唯一的窗睡覺 ，以致不能安睡。加上整晚亮著出口的綠燈，非常欠佳。”

“Third time I have stayed here. Lots to like Easy Access from Metro Station.Direct from Liverpool Lime Street Close to good beach side walks West Kirby a short bus ride away with nice coffee shops and beach. Hotel has 6 rooms the ones I have stayed in have been large, clean and have very comfortable beds. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food at the upper end of Pub Grub. Hoylake is quirky with some good bars and restaurants Only slight quibble - If you arrive 20 minutes before the time of……
