Well located and close to the Duomo, restaurants, leather stores, and activities abound near the B&B. The staff was very helpful with places to shop and eat as well as recommending places to avoid. The room was very comfortable with high ceilings and plenty of hot water for the shower. All-in-all a great place to stay

Great location. Very quiet despite being in very busy area. The woman at the front desk in the morning was friendly and very helpful. Room needed repairs. Lights in bath room not working, shower head broken, other items missing. Would give higher rating if everything worked.

While the location is great the room itself was not. The bathroom was very small and the shower could barely fit one person. In the room we stayed in the bed and pillows are not comfortable. There is also no breakfast, which is shown in the hotels photos. The room is serviced daily and you get your own set of keys for the doors. The hotel is located in an amazing location, very central to everything so if you can get past the few cons it is nice.

The location was great and the staff couldn't have been better. My only complaint was that the room wasn't very comfortable. The chairs were stiff and the couch was hard.

Florence Firenze

Suite had a great view of Piazza and minutes walk from Florence’s main museums and cathedrals. Comfortable bed and clean En suite bathroom. Having a bathtub was a bonus too. Continental breakfast with great pastries and good coffee too. Very courteous and helpful staff and good video directions right to the room, something not given by many hotels!
