This is student halls with hotel rooms. I wouldn't worry in the slightest that it's for students. It's professional, clean, modern, and one of the nicest bathrooms in an affordable hotel I've seen in years. Complimentary filtered chilled water in the lobby is a great benefit as the city was so hot and I could fill my thermal bottle. Bed was lovely, natural light in the room, and not a lot of noise from outside. Will seek out Camplus for stays in Italy in future.

Excellent hotel, staff, amenities and cleanliness. Breakfast was good with a freshly made coffee from the wonderful Claudia behind the bar. Price was great for the quality. Slightly out of the city but was fine for us and we walked most days into the city. Only draw back is that Florance city regulates the air conditioning at a minimum of 24 degrees Celsius which didnt feel cool enough during the heatwave. We got used to it, but for some it may not be cool enough.

Very helpful staff upfront. Very clean, modern. Dominico always went out of his way to offer help with taxis, air conditioning help and suggestions for where to shop. Very kind person. Seems though like more remote controls are needed. I wasn’t able to watch tv since they ran out of controls. I will definitely stay there again close proximity to the Novella train station.
