The apartment was the perfect size for our family group of six. Location was out of the historic area, but walkable to all major attractions in the older part of Florence. Bakery, groceries and pharmacy all in the immediate area.

Highly recommend!

The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, lovely. We visited with our daughters and sons-in-law. Lots of room for all. It’s a bit of a hike to Duomo etc, but in a nice neighborhood. Although it’s on a busy street, the apartment was quiet. We would stay here again.

AMAZING 👏

We absolutely loved this apartment. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. One evening was rainly and we had plenty of room to sit around and talk, or play cards at the table. The elevator was a welcome bonus as two of us were having knee problems. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.

The photos do not do this stunning apartment justice. Loved our 3 night stay here and would definitely book here again. The unit is spectacular. Location is pretty great too. It has everything we wanted - spacious, clean, good amenities. The blackout curtains were super useful. The only thing I would suggest is more TVs in some of the rooms.

Lovely apartment

Fabulous, spacious apartment. Our party of 4 parents & 3 late teens/ early 20s children all loved it. Well located for walking into central Florence. Cafes in Piazza Sant’Ambrogia are a few minutes walk away & good for early morning coffee and end-of-day cocktails. If you are celebrating, or just want to treat yourselves, an evening at The Four Seasons hotel is highly recommended.

Fabulous apartment

When we arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the apartment was. The location is an easy walk to the center and the apartment had every amenity you could need. Wonderful, massive apartment short walk to everything

I stayed in the apartment with my extended family and there was so much room! We were very impressed with the modern apartment and its facilities plus Francesa as the host. The location was on a main road a bit of a walk to get everywhere but was still very quiet and dark once the shutters were down. We didn't mind the walk at all but a little challenging with a pram. Would certainly recommend the apartment to family and friend groups and we would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable long weekend in Florence in very comfortable apartment

Spacious, light and airy. The apartment was well - equipped and very clean. The check-in process was very good. I had messaged questions after I'd booked the accommodation but they were not answered. The apartment is in a good location although we did have to get taxis to certain tourist sights.

Awesome experience - great host

First time we've been to Italy and we were not sure what to expect. Two families of four stayed here and we were all very impressed with the apartment. It is big enough for two families and very modern and clean. Dea (host) was very responsive and took care of one minor internet issue before she even left while checking us in. We are in a different VRBO in Rome now and would take the one in Florence any day over this one. Close enough to walk to just about any major attraction (including the main train station) and it's outside of the "touristy" area so you can get authentic Italian cuisine nearby. Would 10/10 rent from them again.

Amazing stay, walk everywhere

The pictures don’t do it justice. Normally the reality is always a bit worse than the pictures, not here. Beautiful apartment, lovingly decorated. Location is great. We walked to all the sights, restaurants. The kitchen is a bit snall but has everything. The check in process unfortunately required us to meet someone in person, and that person was driving an hour to meet us there. As we were driving from Rome, that was very stressful and took the joy out of the ride. We had a lot of traffic and arrived hours after originally planned, and could then also not stop at any of the sights on the way .

Very Big, quiet apartment

Aguacotta Trattoria was a gem with Italian family cooking delicious dishes and tiramisu. Host Deanna made the recommendation as well as being quick to help with taxis etc! I successfully used the appTaxi app she suggested to get to our early Ufizzi entry time. We are a family of 6 and found the apartment has a huge living area and dining table. It was quite spread out. The host even left a big bag of coffee and filters for us in an American coffee pot!!! The Hop on Hop off bus stop is just across the street which is a good way to get around and get an overview of the city. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the Duomo area and Ponte veccia bridge. We took an Arno River cruise thru Get Your Guide which was a relaxing hour serenaded by violinist.

Overall, the apartment is in a very nice and close proximity to the heart of Florence. We did, however, choose to taxi into the area. Be aware that Uber is way more expensive than the taxi service and much more challenging to get one! The taxi services were on point. It was hot, and several of the individual A/C units did not work initially. However, the manager, Deanna, did get a technician there on our third night to add Freon to the units and that made a huge difference. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the glasses and plates, etc that you need. There is only a washing machine, but several lines to hang clothes out to dry. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. Nightly, we gathered in the living area and relived the events of the day. Overall, I would say our stay was pleasant, minus the initial A/C issues. I would stay there again!

Our family of 10 people celebrated Christmas in this lovely apartment and had a wonderful time. The unit is very large with a lovely living room/dining room area and the host even set up a Christmas tree for us which was a nice surprise for the children! We were within walking distance to most of the sights and there were grocery stores within walking distance also. Highly recommended!

This was by far the best accommodations of our Italy trip. The apartment was homey and comfortable for our party of eight.
