Il Giglio Rosso si trova a 8 minuti dalla stazione all’interno di un palazzo, molto gentile la ragazza alla reception. Bella camera, letto basso, pulito e buona colazione

Posizione discreta, servizi nulli.

Un affittacamere, le chiavi le trovi in una busta all'ingresso, e non si hanno contatti con il personale (se non telefonici). Le camere sono pulite e arredate in modo originale. Nella mia stanza il lavandino del bagno (minuscolo) era completamente tappato, ho telefonato per chiedere di sistemarlo, ma nonostante le rassicurazioni nessuno è intervenuto. La colazione viene consegnata in camera, non essendoci un'area comune attrezzata. L'abbiamo richiesta per le 7.30, ci è stata portata alle 8.20, nonostante diverse telefonate di sollecito. Ci avevano assicurato un servizio di garage con ritiro della vettura sotto il B&B, ma una volta arrivati, scusandosi, ci hanno detto che non era disponibile.

Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée vers 18h. Le responsable nous a fourni un plan de la ville et nous a indiqué le temps et la route à prendre pour accéder aux différents monuments à pied. Chambre très petite mais propre et joliment décorée. Nous logions au 3ème étage de l'immeuble, la réception et la salle de petit déjeuner étant au 1er. Accès aux différents étages et porte d'entrée par digicode. Heure de petit déjeuner un peu tardive, pas avant 8h30. Le café n'est pas en libre service, il faut demander pour être servi. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans l'hôtel pour la journée, même en ayant rendu la chambre. Le hic : des travaux en bas de la rue et donc beaucoup de bruit, de poussière et un accès un peu plus difficile.

Nice Hotel Near the Main Train Station

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Main station. We had a nice stay in this hotel because the owner and Ms. Sylvia were very accomodating and supportive of our plans. Sylvia even recommened two nice restaurants near the place. The steak there are superb! We had nice breakfast. Our stay is comfortable because our room is clean.

Tivemos problemas com ar condicionado que não esfriava e fez barulhos (estralos) a noite toda. café da manhã (poucas opcoes)pão branco, geléia, mantega, frutas, suco, café, capuchinho, croassaint. Fotos do hotel no site bem melhores do q o ao vivo. Excelente localização, cama, chuveiro.

不建議入住

離車站有點遠 沒有飯店招牌(可能是民宿的關係) 所以很難找到位置 淋浴設備多為故障 流水量超小 還會積水 早餐太簡單 第二天還沒有提供早餐(糟透了) 唯一的優點是服務人員還不錯 其他的都不好

Hotelli oli mukava pieni hotelli lähellä rautatieasemaa. Kadulla jolla hotelli sijaitsi on huono maine varsinkin ilta/yö aikaan. Hotelli oli helppo löytää. Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen.

Don't judge the book by its cover

A very short distance from the train station (Firenze SMN). The building of the B&B wasn't look nice but don't judge based on the building, the room was extremely perfect! Very nice very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I can say it is even much better than some of the hotels!! Highly recommended and I would go back to this place again if it happens for me to visit florence again. Thanks for giving us the pleasant stay.

極差！

喱間係一間好有問題嘅酒店， 首先，佢嘅位置係一間好有問題，官方地址錯，好難搵！ 去到按門鐘完全冇人應，於是亂按其他層數，終於入到去，入到去好黑冇燈好似鬼屋咁，到達時係一個人都冇。入住唔到。 於是去對面酒店求救，終於搵到owner,點知佢話冇我地預訂嘅資料，當時搞到就黎夜晚11點幾，仲要係星期六，當晚酒店已經冇咩房，有嘅都好貴，最後成個鐘佢都未覆我，於是只好搵貴酒店入住。 從來未試過book酒店有咁嘅遭遇！ Hotels.com 應評估一下酒店嘅質素先比客人預訂,唔係只會影響到你地自己嘅品牌！

Sono rimasta veramente contenta di questo B&B. La posizione è ottima per poter visitare Firenze. Bastano solo 5/10 minuti per poter arrivare alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e poi dirigersi al centro. Il personale è cordialissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Le camere sono ben pulite e davvero molto carine e sopratutto moderne! Ho già consigliato ad amici questa struttura!

デザインが素敵なお部屋

多少分かりにくい場所にありますが、駅から徒歩５分ほどで立地もよく、観光にとても便利です。また、お部屋も清潔で、デザインも可愛らしく、素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。女の子同士や、カップルにお勧めです。
