We loved the location as it was quiet and tranquil. The host Angelo was attentive and helpful. The breakfast provided was abundant, varied and delicious, could not fault it. The rooms were spacious and lovely garden setting

Beautiful gardens on the property. Very safe gated property. Staff amazing! Breakfast excellent and included. Room is cleaned daily! Free wine provided daily in room.

10 stars for this place and this team. Angelo the host/owner was so wonderful, so helpful and really cares about you having a great time on your stay! It’s his family’s place and you can feel the family heritage all around! Nicoletta the chef is amazing, so lovely and so warm, and makes sure you’re taken care of everyday with excellent care and service. Marcia too, the housekeeper is so cool and so friendly! The whole team is fantastic, it’s a little family. We were actually sad saying bye to them at the end of our stay. The location is very close to Florence, the bus stop is also very close and walking distance. The property is beautiful, the rooms are wonderful, everything was really fantastic. Thanks guys for a phenomenal stay. Big hugs and Can’t wait to see you all again someday!

"Garten Eden"

Als wir aus dem Auto stiegen, betraten wir eine Oase. Es kam uns vor, wie der "Garten Eden". Wir wurden auch sofort sehr liebevoll empfangen. Das Frühstück in einem historischen Zimmer war (für Italien) mehr als überraschend. Da fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten der Bus nach Florenz erreichbar ist, kann man absolut nicht besser wohnen. Jedesmal wenn wir aus dem imposanten und vollen Florenz zurückkehrten, haben wir uns auf dieses Domizil gefreut.

Mi sono lasciata incantare da questo posto , ha davvero qualcosa di magico e fuori dal tempo . Romantico come un antico segreto da custodire, la Fattoressa è un'accogliente B&B dove trovare riposo dopo una giornata passata a visitare Firenze, infatti si trova a pochi minuti di automobile dal centro del capoluogo toscano. Il calore, la simpatia e la disponibilità che ho trovato sono davvero uniche. Spero di poter tornare presto , ho lasciato li un pezzetto di cuore!!!!
