This property was very nice, centrally located, great staff and cafe. It was a little noisy out the window, but I would recommend to stay there.

Our room was simple but accommodating! The location is great with it being right next to the Duomo and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff was super helpful and flexible with our schedule. Our arrival was delayed due to a train service strike, but they waited for us to arrive late. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious and convenient. Definitely worth it!

The room and location were amazing! A bit noisy at night but were able to sleep fine with ear plugs. The free breakfast spot is also lovely, right beside the duomo. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent service and well located property.

Lady Luna is one of the best B&B we ever stayed. Great location, the bed is comfortable and very clean property. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast at L'Opera Caffe is amazing, they also offered 30% discount for lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Excessively well located, impressive friendliness, famil own, link with the Opera restaurant situated just few blocks from the B&B,where we had meals at discount and our breakfast. On days where we had to leave earlier than the restaurant opening, the owner prepared a breakfast that included a fruit juice, a savoury and a sweet pastry delivered to our room into a nice bag. A major issue is the room is noise level, coming from the outside which woke us up many time per night especially in the early morning when trucks picked up the garbage.p Ear plugs were supplied ! Nevertheless, it worth it.

We were able to check in early. Staff cleaned the room everyday. It was loud (they provided ear plugs) but in a fantastic location, just a block from the Duomo so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The place was very good with location and room was clean. It’s a bit older but quaint. Had air conditioning a kettle. Next door coffee, pastry (Stilli Excellence) try the lemonade, it was fresh and so good. The place has an elevator. Once inside it had a few step ups but easily manageable with luggage. Breakfast is a 2 minute walk to a very nice cafe. We could have late, coffee, croissant, danish with an omelette and orange juice. The only con is at 10:00 PM church bells go off, and early Sunday. Noise is a factor but wasn’t a problem with us. Could ask for room on the backside.

We stayed at multiple properties across Italy during our vacation. Ironically we only stayed at Lady Luna B&B for one night because our layover on the way home was a full day. It was by far the best stay we had of the whole vacation and it was just one night. The service, cleanliness, and everything was the best we experienced during the whole trip. Highly recommend this B&B because of the owners and also the incredible location looking at the Duomo!

The location was outstanding for sightseeing, dining and shopping. the room was well appointed, attractive and spacious. Breakfast was served at the family's restaurant literally on the Duomo square. amazing views. we just had 1 issue that the AC was not adequate enough during the heat wave

Room is near Major Piazza which is very noisy. If you value sleep and rest at night do not stay here. The AC in room was set to 16C but room never cooled down. Owner looked but just shrugged. During night we were forced to open window in August to get breeze and cool down. But the noises, cars, people, go until 3am. Also mosquitoes came in and spouse got bit. Then garbage truck at 4. I do not recommend this place. The BR drain was slow to drain.

Excellent location - close to everything. Lovely room. Excellent friendly staff. The only fault was the air conditioning was preset at 16c and couldn’t be changed which was definitely not cool enough and was uncomfortable to sleep in. Apart from that it was fabulous
