Perfect place to stay prior to next day flight. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. Only improvement would be to have a shuttle to the airport, however the staff ensured we had a taxi when needed for departure.

Staff was very helpful in letting me know what bus to take to visit downtown Florence. Also, plenty of spots for parking which was great. Dining food was delicious although a little expensive.

Staff were attentive. Breakfast was minimal in comparison to what we experience in other parts of Italy and Europe. Very basic. Facility gate was locked when we arrived by Uber but we got buzzed in.

A great option for arriving late in evening from airport or if you have a flight next morning. Room was nice, clean, and as expected. You won’t be close to activities or many restaurants but we just needed a place to sleep for one night before venturing out the next day so it was exactly what we needed!

The mattress was very comfortable, and room very clean, with good organization for storage. Only problem was the temperature. It stayed at 24C (too warm) no matter what we did with the thermostat.

Nil Hotel name reflects the hotel !!

Very disappointed as swimming pool which is part of the hotel €14 per person which as a point of principle we didn’t use but wanted to I think we where over charged by Hotel.com as clearly it was €190 euro per night bed and breakfast Breakfast was very poor and also not worth the money

This hotel is old and there’s a distinct smell of tabacco that seems to be embedded in the hotel room. I would give it 3 stars. The front desk was accommodating. The breakfast is horrible. Not much to choose from. Very far from activities like excursions. Need to take cab.
