"The room was outdated, took awhile for the toilet to flush, the room had a stale smell a the covers on the bed also, the television took awhile to clear. After all that we were just ready to go glad it was only 2 days. Not like any other Holiday Inn IHG we have stayed in and we are reward members so that sucked. Will say the shower was hot. "

"We checked into the hotel shortly after getting off an eight-day cruise, arriving around 2 PM. After we got food and settled in for the night, my husband went to take a shower and discovered there was no hot water. After enduring a cold shower, he went downstairs to report the issue. At that time, he was informed that the hot water had been off all day, but no one had notified us at check-in. He was told it would be fixed by the next morning. The next day, Monday, around 1–2 PM, there was still no hot water. I went downstairs to ask about the situation and was then told that it would not be fixed until Tuesday morning. Since we had booked a two-night stay through Expedia, the hotel initially offered only a 20% discount for the first night or complimentary breakfast for two days. I explained that this was unacceptable. By the following morning, there was still no hot water. When I went downstairs again, I was told the issue still would not be resolved until the next day, but they were now offering 50% off the stay. I asked if, instead of the partial refund, they could apply the discount and extend our stay since my flight was not leaving until Tuesday night. After multiple back-and-forth conversations, Expedia had to call the hotel several times. I even went downstairs to ensure the staff answered. Calls were placed on hold and disconnected, and the staff appeared overwhelmed and responded in a frustrated and unprofessional manner. Eventually, I asked the Expedia representa"

"The room wasn’t clean. Also, the room was next to the washing machines and dryers. In addition the room was across from house keeping where the maids were talking really loud. This was my 4th time staying at this hotel and I haven’t had any complaints up until now. "

"The suite was very clean and it was a very good size. However, my daughter and I had just left a cruise ship that morning. I did know that check-in would not be until three however I thought all hotels would hold your luggage until you were able to check in. They would not hold our luggage and told my sister-in-law that they had no room for our luggage so we had to basically go around town with our luggage until we found a luggage facility in a mall to hold it while we wasted time until the room was ready. I wasn’t pleased about that. "

"Room was clean and good enough for a night stay over at the airport. It was so incredibly expensive though and not worth the money for that, but I had no other options. Restaurant is basic but did the job for a very tasty Small pizza and beer after 36hrs of travel. Free shuttle is great"
