“The breakfast menu was fine, but there was no one to clean the tables. The man at the desk was trying to assist customers and also run the breakfast bar. You need someone assigned directly to the breakfast bar. Also, the hotel rooms were not clean. It was obvious that the rooms had not been vacuumed, and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Also, the drain in the shower needs to be fixed it almost ran over the edge while taking a shower. Unacceptable. This property needs attention. ”

Everything you need and I mean everything is there. Had snow coming and going to make the visit perfect. Highly recommend for a getaway or vacation. ”

“I absolutely loved my stay from start to finish! Check in was a breeze. The apartment is gorgeous! Spacious, bright, super clean, super comfortable and has all the amenities listed for your convenience. The upper, corner location of the apt overlooks Floyds main intersection with a wonderful view of just how vibrant this small town is and the front windows have views of the mountains in the distance. Storefronts decorated for Christmas gave it an extra cozy feel. Hum of the cars during the day……
