The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..”

“ The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. ”

“Wow what a great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, staff was great, and breakfast was fantastic. We had a room on the 4th (top) floor - it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Having an elevator was handy for arrival and departure with our bags. The location was very convenient - a short (3min or so) walk to the Rialto Mercator vaparetto stop on line 1 - easy to get to/from the train station. “The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……
