South Chatham Forest Beach Hotels

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

"This was a concentrated taste of my childhood on Cape Cod for my family, born and raised in Virginia. The picture of the waterfront says it all."

"We face a driveway that was all snow and ice. My niece got stuck. We called AAA and Del Mar but they were going to take an hr. My niece got herself free by using table salt under her tires. Someone finally came to put down rock salt/sand on the driveway. It was a nightmare but we finally got settled into the house. The place was beautiful. And absolutely clean. No hot water for showers. Therefore my brother was the only one to attempt it. Otherwise this was a great place. My husband, brother and I enjoyed our stay even though it was a sad occasion. My mom's funeral was Tues in Harwich. I would highly recommend this house to others in warm weather. "

"The Bayberry Cottage was perfect for our family of 5 Thanksgiving weekend getaway. Scott was unbelievable helpful, communicative, and attentive. You cannot beat this location and the views, even in during the off-season. Our family will never forget the memories at this cozy cottage, which had all the amenities we needed. "

"We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again."

"Such a great property and convenient location. The set up of the house is perfect for a large group or families since the bedrooms are set away from the kitchen and common areas. The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information on things to do in the area. The host checked in with us on during our stay to be sure we were all set! Excellent customer relations! Unfortunately we were unable to check out the beach because of the weather but otherwise, it was perfect!"
