“Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking.”

“The host made the check in easy and was responsive to all our questions and issues. The apartment, facilities and utensils were spotless and in great condition. For a stay in Chelmsford, the location is an easy walk or drive to any and all destinations.”

“Upon arriving at the property, I called the host asking for details on how to access the property. He claimed to have not been able to contact me as Expedia/Hotels.com didn't provide contact details - odd how every other hotel sends me multiple messages. He then asked for ID,something I've never been asked for in any previous check-in. I'd already paid to stay and wasn't hugely impressed by the host's attitude. I did say this was a bit of a shambles which seriously triggered him into shouting……

“最希望有獨立洗手間，浴室。另外出外的後樓梯最好晚上有燈火照明。房間設施少了風筒。熱水壺很污糟，有很多污漬。”

“We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my mum’s 65th birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto……

“No checking in service at all. No prior instructions were given. We were helped into our apartment by the lady who owns the jewellers downstairs. We were woken at 6.45am on a Sunday to the sound of scaffolders and a traffic management company setting up to commence install scaffolding at 7am on the building we are in with no prior communication from the host this would be happening otherwise I wouldn't have booked there. By 8am there was a workman outside my first floor bedroom window so I had……

“No running hot water for shower. Almost no heating. ”

“The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and……
