“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. “The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.”

We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen!
