“Room was clean with plenty of parking. I don't believe we had an ice machine on our floor but it wasn't terrible.”

“This is a very new hotel and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful when they see us are having a baby traveling with us. I would definitely stay here when I come to Jamestown next time! ”

“Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays.”

“Excellent Room and nice quiet surroundings. The pool looked inviting but didn't get the opportunity to enjoy. I had only one thing come up - in the morning around 5 am, I smelled an unpleasant odor that came from - the kitchen, I believe or the exhaust. I could smell a mix of smells, and I just turned the fan on consistently and it seemed to be some better, but maybe an exhaust thing or a "new filter" needed? I really don't know. Please check out rm 105 at the time mentioned above.”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel”

“I was in the lobby at about 1a sat night/sun morning with a fully paid expedia reservation; no one was at front desk, there was a # to call, Kelly; spoke to her , was very rude said she was not on the property and can’t help me, said expedia is terrible and they “overbooked”; I said that is generally a good problem? she took offense and threatened to call the police to remove me from the premises and hung up. Ouch!! Not a good look, this new to be reported to higher levels. Happy to discuss……

“This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used……

“Arrived at the hotel at the midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but provides all the things you need.Good place for a one night stay.”
