"We stayed one night. The room offerings are great. The one thing, and its just preference, the couches were quite low to the ground. It seemed a long way down! Also, we weren't aware, but parking is $30/day. You could park overnight at the impark lot immediately behind the hotel for $21 but would need to move your car or pay again by 9am. Midweek these rates may go up however due to the downtown commuters. But a great stay, quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly."

"Towels were old and rag looking. My sheets hsd stains and the face cloth has mascara on it still. Pool was nice but dated. Hot tub was.. warmish not hot. Just needs some updateing. Please get new towels. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, bed was comfy but we did miss the breakfast. I would stay again but there are better option for the price. Location is out of the way unless you want industral area. "

"Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because housekeeping had not replenished our towels. 1.5 hours later, I called back down and again asked for the towels. On the morning of check-out, I called the valet and asked for our vehicle to brought to the door in 30 minutes. When we arrived to the door, no vehicle, and they hadn't even started it yet to warm it up. Hotel is clean and modern. Staffing is a major issue. "

"There is no hot tub so if you’re planning a relaxing day at the hot tub pick somewhere else. Dated furniture and decor. Beds were well passed their best before date. “Valet” doesn’t take your bags or even push the trolley to your vehicle. But they will charge you 50 bucks a night for it. Regular parking is 38 dollars a night. Way over priced and not a great experience with valet."

"For the cost of the stay it was a terrible experience floors in the bathroom were dirty called the front desk and asked for coffee as they new we were booked for 4 days for 2 of us only enough coffee for one morning never ever came and brought us anything, we only asked for a room refresher once and only gave us fresh towels no extra toilet paper called the front desk to no answer just a terrible terrible stay we do not recommend at all "
