「We loved this downtown loft! From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love with it and could have stayed longer. In fact, we’re planning on returning this summer for a trip to RMNP, which is less than an hour away. Estes Park is also close. Downtown Loveland has so many good restaurants and other places to explore. The property itself was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The icing on the cake was the massage chair!」

「There were 7 of us. 2 seniors, 2 adults and a 15, 13 and 5 year old. There were several sleeping options. The bunk beds are full size beds plus there’s a trundle bed. Then a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I spent one night on the couch which makes out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and it actually slept pretty good also. 「I definitely would not call it “Breath Taking” as the description Title stated. The place is ordinary, no dressers or hangers in closets to store clothing. There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds.
