Property was a great value compared to other places/prices. I wanted a room for the night & got exactly that. Pros: Cost of room FREE PARKING COLD AC VERY HOT WATER Ice machine on 1st floor Clean room Clean linen Room had no smells Cons: Place has great potential; I understood the game & was not expecting the best. I was satisfied with the adversities the place had & I will be back because of the value I got ❤️🙏🤝.

Process was lengthy and difficult. Gate didn’t grant me access because it was raining and fob card wasn’t working. Room looked outdated. Bed was not comfortable. Friendly receptionist.! He provided excellent customer service.! That’s why I decided to stay.!

The people that worked at the property are amazing. The property it self is in deplorable condition. Other patrons were loud, the door did not have a chain inside, the dead bold knob on the door did not work. The Window blinds did not go down all the way; so I had to use a sheet because I didn't want anyone looking inside. I booked for 2 nights but I checked out before 11am the next morning. The wall paint is peeling, the room smelled like smoke, the door frame was rotting, the refrigerator had black stains in the freezer and rust on the exterior. The oven was rusted and extremely dirty inside. I stayed one night of the two nights because I was tired! This property shouldn't be open. I've never stayed at a placer that was in such a deplorable condition. I should know. I've slept in the feilds when I served in the military. I feel termine about leaving this review became the folks are good people. The property needs work! Expedia, you should not let people book this property as non refundable!

Room was dirty and in disrepair. Door handles broken, furniture was in horrible shape. I wish I could post pics here. Found broken glass on the ground. Found old food on the ground.Also smelled like cigs. Smoke alarm taken off the wall (I will be telling the city). Partner was itching after being bitten by some kind of insect all night. Expedia would not give me a refund.

The room is dirty walk across the floor 1 time and your feet are dirty. Roaches killed like 5 of them. Very shady things happening there leave it their. Next, and most important there is a electrical metal out let at shin height on the patio at the pool. I did see it at the pool area and cut my shin requiring 8 staples. Being a diabetic if infection takes place I loose my leg. The staff amd management did even say sorry! Well the last laugh will be mine the electrical box is out code making this accident gross negligence and the law firm across the street will be suing this establishment and I'm not to forget I will make a code enforcement complaint on on Tuesday.

Very convenient to restaurants.

I was very fortunate to obtain a motel during Spring break that was very comfortable and quiet and reasonable for my expenses. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will be happy to return on my next trip.

Bad place , bad room advertising

The room advertised is not what i was given, there was barely hot eater to shower with, the room smelled, the sheet was dirty, i felt very unsafe

It was older and a bit run down but it was clean. The neighborhood wasn't the best but for the price it was a clean bed and shower and even a kitchenette.

I’m embarrassed I waisted my hard earned money by paying for this place. It smelled of Marijana! The bed was stained. I was scared to walk to the room. Most of the people there rent rooms by the week! I stayed an hour and now am back at the airport to spend the night there!
