Birthday chill weekend

Not having fresh towels or WiFi or access to pool which was selling point as advertisement then wanting a resort fee then not receiving even on 5th day new towels was upsetting and there’s no refundable nothing from the property owner which was supposed to be three hundred the hotel released their hundred they booked the room under a way different name the hotel did an excellent job but owner not impressed felt like bedding wasn’t fresh and dishes was dirty I’d book straight through properly it would of been cheaper and had electric problems plugs don’t work and fried my charger
