Sailfish sanctuary

The location and outside of the property was amazing! Tropical and right by the beach. The inside needed some work. The cleanliness was not the best and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Found a used shaver in a drawer and the was dirt on the floors. The hot tub was not working and was not fixed during our stay. The fridge went out but they got a new one. Host was very responsive and helpful!

December Stay

The inside of the property was very clean! The fridge had been replace and seemed a bit small. But overall the inside was very nice. The outside of the property was not well kept. The garden area in the pictures was lush and green but it was not in real life. The pool area was not clean either. We had booked this property because of the heated pool and spa. Unfortunately it did not work. We were told the week before we arrived, so we were aware. It put a damper on the trip as we were expecting to use it if the weather wasn't ideal. Overall, the inside was very nice and the location was prime!

Nice Property & Location

Stayed March 1-31, 2025. Mostly OK. For the price, some items were not up to expectations. Property Manager addressed the few most important items in the first week. Other items had not been addressed by the time we checked out: Location and functioning of wall switches & lights were a bit of a mystery in some cases; Cleanliness of the tile floor throughout - bottoms of bare feet were filthy after walking around just a short while; Acoustics in living room are awful; 3 of 4 bedroom ceiling fans were not usable; No ceiling fan in living room; Outdoor landscaping was a bit unkept; There is a security camera pointed at the back yard / pool deck area ... we turned it off during our stay.
