Great Property and location.

The Roofdeck pool is exceptional with a breath taking sunset view. The beach is great and the boardwalk leaves you with plenty of places to go for drinks, food, and entertainment. I will certainly stay again!

Hollywood Beach is great

Overall the property is real nice. Modern, roof top pool (although bar was not open during visit). Hollywood Beach is great and this place is only one short block walk away from everything the Broadwalk has to offer. 2 negatives, one is the walls are VERY thin. Heard our neighbors every night and early morning. Other could just be me, but laundry service is non-existent. Our keys did not unlock the on site laundry facility, so if you need more towels, it's $20 for manager to bring, we just bought beach towels that we could also bring home.

Overall experience

The place was great however, we were not happy that we had to pay extra to use the pool and the workout room. Also we had to pay per day for cleaning. We had to do that on our own because of Covid there was no in room cleaning service. No coffee in the room/had to go get some at the front desk. Also the beach was great for the fact we had two beach chairs, but if we wanted shade it was extra for an umbrella. But shown in the ad with both chairs and umbrellas. Little things all add up. Overall good experience except for what I mentioned

Lovely property with great amenities. Rooftop pool and bar were very nice. Free beach lounge chairs were unexpected. Perfect location a block from Margaritaville and free concerts. Half block from the beach with plenty of fun pit stops up and down the broadwalk

Great place and location

The place was excellent! Just as described in the liaising. Very close to great restaurants and entertainment, less then 3 minutes walk to the beach. The rooftop pool had a great view as well

We were told our room wasn’t ready at check in time so we sat in the lobby with our bags for an hour and a half trying to figure out what was going on. The host finally said we were able to be let in to drop off our bags so we could at least go walk around and grab dinner. I emailed and texted a few times throughout the evening but no response. Finally at 10:30, we gave up and just went back to the room since everything was closed and just hoped that it had been cleaned and we weren’t sleeping in an unsanitized room. We received an email the next day assuring us the room had been cleaned but the overall experience was awful. We missed our entire first day there. We were not the only ones with this experience. The lobby was full of very angry people being told their rooms were not ready either. It was chaotic and a total mess.
