"This property was well equipped and very clean. The spaces were comfortable and the location was great. We liked being away from all the tourist traps and enjoyed the private beach. The only glitch was they had a smart thermostat that had the fan locked in the on position. It ran 24/7 even when we didnt want it. When we contacted the owners we didnt get a response. Otherwise it was a great experience."

"Had a nice little welcome package waiting for us. Perfect location next to the beach yet in a quiet area of town. Everything was as described. Kitchen was decked out in everything you could ever need. We stayed a weekend and only ate out once and only needed to get food, they had everything else. Plenty of pools with a take one leave one float box. Didn't use because we had kids but I really liked that they had a 21+ pool cause the other pools got a little crowded and loud."

"Was greeted by security who doesn't care about the listing, or what was included in the package sold. Had the pay for parking. Had to pay for off site Parking as trailers are not allowed. (The very next day there were 4 other trailers, even with boats). The condo was actually just a small apartment, that was stained, dirty, and broken. Your Expedia post is word for word what there website says, but they say your packages are incorrect. As you can tell I'm not happy a believe im owed some...

"This was a cute cottage for my husband and me. Everything was clean, and Shonna communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. There were no beach chairs on the property, so we purchased some for the duration of our stay. We used these when we traveled to the Gulf, and we also enjoyed sitting out in the sand by the water at the cottage."

"Just a few areas that weren’t as clean as we would hope, mainly under the beds, but overall it was pretty darn clean. Great place to stay, it was amazing for our big group. We had a wedding on the beach, a baptism in the pool and a shrimp boil on the deck. Right on the beach was perfect! And the pool was fantastic, especially for the littles. Kitchen was great size and having double ovens, refrigerators and dishwasher was a great addition!! Will definitely stay again at this property!!"

"A little pricey but is probably comparable to others of this caliber. Very clean and all beds were extremely comfortable. Beautiful ocean view. Great fishing. Great WiFi. Host was great and accommodating and very nice. House well stocked with more than what we needed. Would rent again in a heartbeat if we wanted to comeback at a cheaper time of year. We loved staying here. The only inconvenience was the drive to a grocery store (about 20 miles) but we cooked a lot here so we had to go almost everyday which was our choice. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!! Worth it!!! Had a fantastic time!!"

"My kids love the loft area of this house. The living room has a really comfortable couch. The walk to the beach is a bit long, so you'll want to limit what you drag down there. The kitchen had every appliance and tool we needed. Lastly, the main shower/tub seems clogged and drains very slowly to the point of backing up during a shower. Other than that, we had a really nice stay."
