Great Family Condo located at 111 Gulf Place Caribbean on Iconic 30A.
Pool front, Ground floor, Large covered patio. One bedroom king bed in master, built in bunks in hallway, Washer and Dryer in unit.
You are right by the pool. Great Location, 3 pools, (2 heated), tennis courts, hot tub, walking trails, charcoal grills, Walk to shops and restaurants or take your bike on the 30A bike path. One of the 30A shops is located one block over. Spend your next vacation in this excellent condominium .
You have access to multiple deeded beach accesses. Also the Public Ed Walline Gulf Front park with covered picnic tables, beach boardwalk, handicap Ramp, and an observation tower are walking distance as well. Once you arrive, there is no need for your car. You can walk to most everything. Two of my favorite places to eat are Shunk Gully Oyster Bar and Perfect Pig., Oh the views of the gulf at Shunk ( as everyone calls it) is magical. The Perfect Pig's food is off the chain and more on the romantic side. Quite often you will find a pianist and guitarist playing all the favorites in the bar area. Both easy walking distance. What are you waiting for. Pack your bags and come on down to GETAWAY SOUTH and get your toes in the sand.

Arrived to our family vacation and condo to find shoring holding up every balcony on the property including ours. There was a notice on our door informing installation is due to deterioration and not to use the balcony for safety precautions until further notice. Was looking forward to the on ground amenities concerts, amphitheater,etc amenities so we didn’t have to leave for activities. informed they no longer occur due to new owners. The condo was old and not as clean as previous reviews, sheets kept pulling from the bed, dishes were dirty. Also did not seem like the door code changes from each guest stay. Very upset that we were not informed of the construction going on, felt unsafe and uneasy the entire time at the condo. Owner should have provided notice and allowed time for us to rebook. location by the beach with umbrellas and chairs to use.

An excellent gem on 30a

We had a great week on the beach. This property was super clean, well maintained, and well equipped. Its location in the building was great! While you’re here, you’ve GOT to try the summer grouper at Shunk Gulley and the fish tacos at Shelby’s! I also want to say, communication with Mrs. Debbie was EXCELLENT. We had issues with our VRBO app and she helped us sort that out, was very quick to respond to my messages, and was overall just a pleasure to speak with. Once again, a great week at Gulf Place. Can’t wait for next year!

Heated pool and great location!

We had a perfect little weekend getaway, steps to the beach, heated pool and hot tub and the perfect location close to everything. Being on the first floor and walking a few steps to the pool was a perfect way to start the day. The bed was super comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The property manager was so quick to answer and very accommodating. Will definitely we staying here again!!

Very nice property and location

The room was very nice and location couldn’t be beat. I had a couple of questions during the stay for the owner and she answered immediately. You can’t ask for better service that that. Would love to stay there again.

Labor Day Week

Always enjoy staying in Gulfplace. Great location and easy access to everything. Love coming here for vacation. Property manager was outstanding at getting back with me on everything. Will definitely come again.
