Nice spot
Overall the stay was awesome. We had a few issues. We received the incorrect key code when we arrived, but once we called management, they immediately gave us the correct code. The microwave did not work, so management dropped off a replacement microwave the next day. The home is beautiful and cozy. The golf cart is a plus. I would recommend this property to any family.

Quiet & Safe community close to area attractions
We enjoyed our stay in Nature Walk. It definitely was a quiet and safe neighborhood to be in. Any questions or issues that would arise were answered in a respectable time. We had a group of 11 and it fit us all comfortably. We were just a short drive from the beach and the communities of Seaside and Watercolor, which offer some great shopping & eating places. I would definitely recommend this place, it did not disappoint!

Beautiful home!! Close to beach, just steps from resort style pool!
We stayed with family and friends over 4th of July week. The home was the perfect size for our crew and the golf cart was great for getting back and forth from the adorable downtown area, Seaside, and the beach. The kids loved the pool (there is a path right near the home straight to the pool) and the pickleball courts down the street. The only downside was that the freezer door wouldn’t open the entire way so we weren’t really able to use it. We did call the management company, who sent someone out the following day, but it wasn’t able to be resolved during our stay. However, we had brought several coolers so we just used one of them for ice and it didn’t really dampen our trip at all. Overall - great location, lovely home, short drive/bike/golf cart ride to the gorgeous beaches and we would definitely go back.

Enjoyed our stay at Gram’s Beach Spot
This house is a great play place to stay with the family. We enjoyed the screened in back porch, golf cart and the kitchen had all new appliances. Access to the pool walkway was just 2 houses down or you could take golf cart to main entrance. Grocery store was a short golf cart ride and the public beech was about a 10 minuet golf cart ride.

Beach Trip
This property was absolutely lovely. It was such a beautiful home to stay in while at the beach. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook several meals for our family. Having a golf cart was so much fun and made the beach easily accessible. Also loved the bikes and all the trails to ride on throughout the neighborhood. This is a wonderful neighborhood to have as your home base for you beach trip. It was convenient to everything g we wanted to do. The street we were on was close enough to everything yet still quiet and peaceful. The management company was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We were disappointed that the fire pit was mot working as we wanted to make s’mores with the kids but the management company did try to get someone out to fix it. I would definitely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place near 30A!

Great place to stay, sad situation
We had a very bumpy start to our recent stay and it definitely put a damper on the whole vacation. We got to the home and it was a time in Seaside were the weather was not typical. And unfortunately the heat on the main level on the home was not working. The main level was 60 degrees and that was the level my mom was staying and going up the stairs was not an option for her with some of her medical problems. We called and they told us they would try to get someone out the night. That didn’t happen and then the next day the maintenance team showed up around 3pm. They told us earlier in the day the could move us but they had nothing that was close to house we rented and there was no guarantee that we would be refunded appropriately. After maintenance crew who were amazing came, they told us they would make sure someone got out there to get us taken care of and they would make sure of it. Management called that evening and said they wouldn’t have someone out to the following week. And I said we were told the next day and then a little while later they reached out again and their amazing maintenance team had told them they had promised someone would be out and there would be someone out the following day. Which they got out and fixed it. My frustration comes with we were told we would be receiving a refund back for the inconvince for the first two days and that refund was not as what we had been led to believe it would be and was not what we would have expected. Please don’t get us wrong we didn’t expect some crazy refund but one that should have been comparable to what we endure at the beginning of the vacation. If it was my property I would be having a talk with my rental team on how to handle situations in the future. The house is an amazing house though and it is definitely a property that should be checked out. Kitchen had all you needed to cook and back porch swing was a favorite once it warmed up. There was also a sweet neighborhood cat that would come by and say hi each day. Golf cart was a nice bonus. Home decorated to allow for a nice and relaxing vacation. Which once all the stuff got figured out we were able to enjoy it about midway through.

Nice House, Pool, but not entirely happy
We loved the house and the pool. We really enjoyed our stay. We would likely stay in the neighborhood again, but not with this property manager for a couple of reasons important to us. 1. The entire interaction with the property manager was non-existent. I'm usually good with that, but all of my questions went unanswered. Not ok. 2. The rest of my family had the ability to check in early. They were in by 1pm vs us at 4pm. This is huge for us...and their property manager calling them to get them in and make sure they are happy. This property manager also makes you check out by 10am. They are clear about it upfront, but this is a bit extreme.

Retirement Trip For Mom
This was my retirement trip after 40 years on banking. My family of 7 had a wonderful time at your beach house. We enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores with our 2 year old grand daughter. We also enjoyed the golf cart and the bikes. My only complaint is that Santa Rosa needs public bathrooms at the San Juan beach and more parking. Beautiful beach, no bathrooms and very little parking space.

Beautiful Home
We absolutely loved this home! Super clean, beautifully decorated home, comfy beds (even the bunk beds), great porch out front, screened in porch in the back with rockers, fire pit seating area too!!! Bikes and golf cart made our stay so enjoyable and added to ease of getting to nearby neighborhood pool, grocery store, beach, dinner, and Seaside shopping/restaurants. Great location and neighborhood pool was perfect! Loved it all. We will rent this home again!!!
