We originally booked this property but we were contacted by the rental agency about a month before that it was no longer available for the dates we had booked and they gave us options for other properties nearby. While it was annoying, the other properties were comparable so it turned out fine. This review is for Waterscape 425-A. The place was as described, easy check in, friendly staff (talked to someone on the phone about not having access to the guest portal and she helped me immediately and let our family check in early. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name because she was great!). The space was huge and clean and had everything you need as far as appliances, utensils, small appliances and towels. The place shows signs of wear and tear, but the only spot that really could use some attention are the bedroom carpets. The pack n’ play and high chair were greatly appreciated for my young son! Needless to say the pools and beach were awesome and a massive hit with the kids. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property!
