So Amazing

The view is absolutely PERFECT. The unit is conveniently located to parking, swimming, gym, and beach. The condo was decorated sooo cute! The space was clean as well. 10/10 we definitely recommend. 🙌🏽 there was something special going on every night. They even had a swim up movie! It was great.

The condo in general was awesome. However the beds were horrible the mattresses were hard as a rock and the decor was very minimal. Needs better beds, more decor, more pots & pans, and different patio furniture as what they have is very uncomfortable

Freshly redecorated and good communication.

Lovely freshly painted apartment, and comfortable beds. Host was very proactive and responsive when we reported a few minor issues. Location, pool/beach view, and proximity to elevators/parking was great. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a plus.

We had a great vacation

There are definitely some things that could be improved, but overall we had a wonderful vacation. The resort itself is perfect for families with all ages of children. The floors need to be cleaned significantly better, and a few things could be changed decor-wise to make it safer for young children (high bar stools on balcony, glass coffee table, glass decor, etc.) With that being said, we are still likely to book again. The number of rooms and bathrooms in our unit was wonderful

Nice place but cleanliness needs improving

The place is very nice, but we found several roaches in the unit. I was also not a fan of the check-in process where there is no possibility for early check in, even if the room has been cleaned.

Good but aging

We have stayed at Waterscape for the past 11 years and unfortunately each year we are saddened at the property being run down. The condo itself was fine, just wish there were some upgrades that waterscape would do to make it look better.

Condo is in a nice spot in the building - it was close to parking but still had nice views. The furniture in the condo is worn and dated, though the the couches in the living room were pretty comfortable. The floors in the condo were absolutely filthy - the bottom of our socks were black with in minutes of arriving at the condo. The kitchen lacked some basic things for being able to cook meals. Complex itself was fun but again it felt dated.

The condo was nice except the mattresses were very hard and the dining table was in horrible shape. The bathroom sink was stopped up and it took someone 2 days to come fix it. We had to call twice. The floors were dirty our feet were black in bottom. The view was great and the living room seat was very comfortable with the recliners.

Great overall, but floors need some deep cleaning.

Condo was conveniently located by the parking garage, which made unloading and loading vehicle that much easier! Condo and balcony is very spacious, which is great when traveling with large families. Everything we needed was there! My only complaint is that the floors were filthy upon arrival. I don't mean crumbs or sand, because it was obvious they were swept or vacuumed, but they were DIRTY. Shortly after arriving, my kids of course kicked off their shoes and walked around exploring, which resulted in black feet for anyone walking around barefoot. The grout throughout the co do was black!!!! I know this is a beach condo, so the constant tracking in of sand and other dirt is a struggle to maintain, but a regular steaming or scrubbing of the grout should be happening to prevent this. I refused to walk around barefoot that's how gross the floors were. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The elevator near our condo did go out the last two days, so we got our steps in taking the stairs.

Three bedrooms and the bunks have our family of 5 more than enough room the kids loved the heated pool and the adults loved the beach chair service and hot tubs. Wonderful stay!

Great Resort!

This was our first time in Fort Walton Beach. We are so glad we chose Waterscape! Our two young boys LOVED the pools, and the beach always had plenty of chairs. It is located close to all kinds of fun things, we actually walked to dinner 3 nights! Only gave four stars because the actual condo itself needed some updating. We will be back!

Great vacation At Waterscape

The condo was very spacious and clean upon our arrival. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. We were all comfortable in the bedrooms and living room. The only issue we noticed was the garage not having clear signage. The signs could be larger so it is easier to see. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back. Beautiful pool area

The layout of the pool area between the building and the beach is great. Easy access to units on all floors from the multi-level parking garage. The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated.
