Family vacation

The condo was amazing. Very clean, very roomy. The refrigerator went out as soon as we got there and the owner or management was so quick to get it replaced on a holiday weekend even. They went above and beyond to make it right. Loved our stay. The resort was really nice.

Excellent stay

We have stayed at waterscape in the past and love the property! It has plenty of amenities for little kids as well as adults. The property makes for an easy laid back vacation. We loved this room. It was in the middle of the hall so close to the elevators for pool / beach access and close to the parking garage as well. The view wasn’t terrible. It’s not exactly beach front, but you can still see the ocean and catch a breeeze from it. Also, vacasa wasn’t as terrible to book with as what I expected. I had heard some terrible reviews of vacasa prior to booking this stay, so I was very nervous to book with them vs a private owner like we usually do. But, I didnt have any issues. Some of the reviews said the rooms were dirty, ours was not. It was very clean. Some of the reviews said they were hard to get in touch with if an issue occurred. I didn’t have to contact them for anything, but I feel confident that we would have been able to talk to someone easily if we needed them as they sent messages almost daily with updates and their contact information. We’ll be back next year.
