「The host never responded to us at any point. She did not send us the code for the key to get in to the place. We were only able to get in at all because of a friendship with the people who rent another place on the same property who were able to contact the property manager. Then once we did get inside, there was no water available. Most likely it was frozen. But we had to haul water from another location in order to even be able to flush the toilet during our stay. Showers were not an option...

「The TV never worked, internet was very weak and the staff didn’t do anything about it just continued to give excuses. The bathroom fixtures were loose and the toilet handle fell out every time went to flush the toilet. Nobody warned me that this hotel sits right at the landing approach for the airport so planes fly literally 200’ above you as they land. The one positive is that the mattress was very comfortable and the A/C worked. I will not be staying here again!」

「The cabin was beautiful and perfect for the two of us. Everything was lovely.We got a little lost on the way there, but Maria guided us and we were able to find it. It’s important to have her personal contact number in case something like that happens.It was a complete great adventure.」
