“Great hotel”

“I like the staff but if they could just clean the rooms better. There is no excuse for hand prints on a bathroom door. Dirty rag left in the bathroom.”

“I am covered head to toe in bed bug bites from my stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a nice location. It met our needs. The only problem we had was getting the code to get into the house. I feel sure it was just a mishap and I would rent it again.”

“This is a very nice place to stay. Easy to find and close to everything we needed.”

“The owner quickly resolved a communication error to our satisfaction. Nice clean property”

“Staff doesn't know how to react or follow protocols in an emergency situation.”

“The hotel has nice, updated furniture and wall, tub, etc. the building was so noisy! From music playing past midnight (from somewhere), to patrons walking in the hallways very loud at 2 in the morning, did not get a good night’s sleep. It didn’t help that the pillows were too soft and therefore lacking support.”
