AMAZING

This condo was absolutely amazing! We loved everything about it. The beds were so comfortable and clean, the house was beautifully decorated and stored with everything we needed. The kids loved the hot tub just right outside the basement door. It was nice and private from both decks, and just minutes to Winter Park!

AMAZING

We really enjoyed our stay at the Rendezvous River Run (Chalet 69). The hosts were accommodating and the house was lovely. It was perfect for our ski vacation. Close to the mountain so easy to access and they thought through everything like hooks to hang gear etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals after skiing. We have no complaints, we loved our stay here!

Absolutely Fantastic!

Stayed over Labor Day Weekend 2025. Many fun activities nearby and the well-stocked accommodations were a big part of our spectacular trip. This cool mountain retreat was clean and well maintained. Rooms and Beds were comfortable and cozy. The large kitchen and outdoor grill made home cooked meals easy. Nearby restaurants were excellent. Trails for hiking, biking moments from the front door. All the latest technology was available. Cool evenings around the propane fire pit on the top deck made for great conversations. Use the perks offered! Saved a lot of $$. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, Well Appointed and Convenient

Unit 69 is such a great place to stay in Winter Park. Easy access to trails and the around the clock bus route. The decor is over the top luxury- NOT stale rustic cabin like so many rentals. Comfortable beds with tv in every room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and plenty of space to gather. Two patios overlooking the river and a grove of aspen equipped with bbq and large spa. Plus a garage for weather-free parking. We will be back!!

Beautiful home. Very clean. The layout was perfect for our group. Kitchen was stocked, even had some spices. The jacuzzi was a great bonus. Pool towells were provided. The kids even fished on the bridge. It was so close we could speak to each other from the deck. The only downside was, we werent able to get the fire going on the patio table. The boys were tired and didnt want to mess with it much. Could have been operator error . It was a wonderful stay.

2034 Winter Park Ski Trip!

This property was just nothing but perfect! It was extremely clean and it meet all of our needs. We had a quick three days of skiing. I was able to use the free activities to pay for my ski rental saving us about $250. We had more space than we expected. My boys especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fun arcade game. Being able to spread out was wonderful. We used the washer and dryer as well. Every morning we drove to the Winter Park base (very short drive) and parked in the free parking. We took the free shuttle which dropped us off steps from the Gondola. For dinners, they had wonderful pans to use making cooking a breeze. We have nothing but rave reviews for the property. Plenty of parking. We were able to get two cars into the garage with a third parked in the driveway with ease. I would 100% rent this property again!!
