Meticulously maintained, beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath open air, gated house, just 2 blocks from some of the best beaches on St Croix's West end! Just beautiful

The colorful plants, Bannana Tree, open breathing house, high tech water and power systems. This whole experience is the essense of an island experience and a healing place of beauty. Check in code confusion was texted back instantly, for 3 people who think they understand technology obviously it took a minute but we designated Dan the Key Master and it all worked out. Kitchen is gorgeous, the dinner we made my mom the last night was the trips highlight. Roosters crow all the time, one sometimes right in the tree outside the house, I love birds, and enjoyed it, but be aware. If it were my house I would put a bunch of roosts out and just collect free eggs forever!!!Tesla Wall, Solar, Cistern with top notch filter, its a cool house that feels smart and alive. I want a month next year, atleast 2 weeks! 6 days wasnt enough!!!

Wonderful place we had absolute blast!!! Very well stocked from pool toys, to cooking supplies to any item a family could want on vacation!!! Attentive management group!!! Clean!!! So much fun what more could you ask for a 10/10 for us thank you!!!

It truly was paradiss

We thoroughly enjoyed the house . We especially loved the amazing kitchen and we spent every morning and evening sitting outside under the porch by the swimming pool. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and more. it was very well appointed and very well accommodating.The pool was also an added benefit that we took advantage of. So what they say is be careful what you wish for. Frederikstead was an amazing location but at times the carnival was too loud it made sleeping difficult. The only things that I would comment on would be when we arrived there was some dirty hair in the drains of the bathtubs. we also discovered towards the end of our trip that the front door lock was not working properly. Overall I would highly recommend this property and if I were ever to go back to saint Croix I would definitely want to stay here again

We brought our family of 5, all adults, for Christmas. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and they have been great. This property has many wonderful things, and several which need either addressing, or should be noted in the listing. The private pool is delightful and well maintained, and this was one of the only properties where there were no indoor bugs such as ants, which you expect in the tropical climates, but it was nice to not be spraying for them. The property does need some repairs. The roof in one of the bedrooms leaks on the bed when it rains, one bathroom has no door, the screens are not well fitted allowing in many mosquitos, and several of the additional fans don’t work. Most problematic is lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. The listing does not say it has air, but one bedroom shows an air conditioning unit, but there is no way to use it. The bedrooms become very hot at night, and the noise of the roosters all night as well as the neighbors music makes it hard to sleep. Cooling breezes in the rest of the house work pretty well. The hot water was intermittent, but got better toward the end. The check in process was easy and straight forward. The cleaning you need to do when leaving is minimal, so that’s great. The property manager is not very polite ir helpful when you text, despite him/her saying you can communicate by text. Beautiful kitchen and great items left to use in the house. Overall, it was worth the money for a late Christmas booking.
