The Space:
The beautiful 5BR 4BA will comfortably fit your large family or group, up to 21 guests. The new home was completed in 2024. The property boasts two large decks for entertaining, grilling out and relaxation. Retreat to either deck to watch the sunrise or enjoy yourself during golden hour, there is ample seating on both decks and tables for dining outdoors. There is a large entertaining space downstairs equipped with a fire pit and seating, as well as ample parking. This property spans the entire block with a driveway in both the front and back of the property. There are two showers with hot water downstairs to accommodate your large group. There is a Master Suite with a King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, a Twin over Full Bunk Bed, a Full over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle Bed, and two Futons for ample sleeping space. This 3,000 SF home is great for a large family or group looking for ample space to spread out and have privacy while on vacation. This new property is a showstopper, book your stay today!

BEACH: There is a pedestrian beach located a 3-minute walk away. You can enter the beach at Texas Street or Thunder Road.

FISHING: Bring your fishing gear to try a new skill of surf fishing! The jetties are also a quick 5-minute walk from this property.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire space to themselves.

Other Things to Note:
- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster, you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free, but we will not issue full refunds.

- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.

- There is a grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. The grill is a propane grill and propane is provided for your convenience.

-There are two large outdoor showers for your convenience.

-There is a large entertaining space downstairs, including a fire pit and outdoor furniture to enjoy being around the fire! Please note firewood is not included.

-There is ample parking space downstairs. No need to park on the street.

-The pedestrian beach is a 3-minute walk. This home is located on a street parallel to Beach Drive for reference.

-This property is near great fishing spots, the jetties, restaurants, and stores for your convenience!

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional $50 upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Note that we do not allow Early Check In/Late Check out in the summer season.

Please note -
Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the checkout time will be charged the additional fee.

We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional smell. We have provided a whole house filtration system and an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking. The water quality is safe, but we recommend bringing drinking water and ice.

Interaction with Guests:
This property is self-check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
