“The home overall was very clean, comfortable and relatively well appointed. The host made himself very available. The listing lists a sleeper couch that we expected would be moderately comfortable - It was not. We would not have considered this passable as a bed. There were also no sheets or pillow for this bed or the air mattress, so we had to make do. Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay. ”

“I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was truly awful and needs to be shared. The room was filthy from the moment we arrived. There was dried sticky liquid on the nightstand, a filthy dresser, and a table covered in dried spills. The microwave had an ice holder with old, moldy rice and what looked like meat inside. The refrigerator was disgusting — yellow, sticky residue all over the bottom like something had spilled and never been cleaned.The bathroom was even worse. There was dried urine on……

“When I arrived to check in there were no rooms available. I had messaged the VRBO owner to let him know that I would not be arriving until 11:30 pm and he said it would be fine. When i arrived the hotel was out of rooms and it was incredibly dirty. I have tried contacting the VRBO owner and he has said he will look into it. I had to pay an extreme amount to stay at another hotel on graduation weekend. ”

“I booked this room because the photos looked decent. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and the lobby was about 40 degrees. Started the check in process and the card door things were broken. So none of the door locks worked, which also means you could just walk into any room, also that means if we left, anyone could walk into our room. It took 20 mins for them to find a room for us. We go in and they had not cleaned the bathroom, pee stains on toilet, no towels, burn holes in all the furniture. I went……
