“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“May have just been the one day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. After waiting quite a while for it to arrive, the eggs were cold, the biscuit was dry with no offer of jelly, and the bacon was burnt. “This is an exceptional property. It is an oasis hidden in the middle of the French Quarter. After a long day of walking, it was such a treat to cool off in the pool. The complimentary drinks in the pool house were an extra treat. The rooms are beautiful and quiet with plush towels and crisp sheets. Thank you Shaun and Anthony for making our stay so wonderful. “This hotel is where I would stay again. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough for quiet evenings. The hotel was clean and very nice and safe. We enjoyed with my teenage boys the evening dinner and that was great. Breakfast was good but we did not get up early enough to enjoy it as much. “This is a great hotel! It’s connected to the Ritz-Carlton and they share amenities — including the bar where there’s a live jazz band every night at 8 PM. The atmosphere is amazing! “Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch!
