"If you're looking for a B&B to stay in Grand Junction, then this is the place. The place is small and cosy, and only has 5 rooms, which are well appointed, and made to feel like your own home away from home. Brenda is a very good host and does home cooked breakfasts every morning. It's a short drive from the centre of town, and a great base to explore the surrounding area. "Spent a long weekend in the area after living there for over 50 years for a funeral service for my mother. With serveral family members attending it was more economical and pleasurable to rent a Vrbo and the Black Bear house was perfect for us. It was my 2nd time renting a vrbo and it was a fantastic experience. I will not hesitate to search visit Fruita property management inventory to rent on my return to the area again."
